Craven/Pamlico TNR Project began operating in September 2024.  Our primary goal is to help caregivers of community/stray  cats get access to free and low-cost spay/neuter services.  TNR (Trap, Neuter & Return) is the process of humanely trapping stray cats and sterilizing them.  They are also "ear-tipped" to show that they have been part of a TNR program, then returned to the same location in which they were living.
